Planning, Implementation and A Valentine Challenge

Friday, July 20, 2012

Some things are so simple. Stuff we know, but forget as time goes by. I subscribe to the Daring to Live Fully blog, but usually skim the articles. Yesterday, I read a post on strengthening the willpower, and it talked about getting enough sleep, meditating for ten minutes, exercising and eating better. Stuff I know, right?

Somehow, reading the explanations behind our behaviour patterns put my mind in a different place, and I recognize once again why I’m low on productivity. I never get enough sleep. No matter how many times I resolve to get to bed early, I hardly do, which results in low-grade exhaustion all the time.

A Valentine Challenge by Kiru Taye

Thanks for dropping in. I'm happy to be hosting Kiru Taye, a fabulous romance writer, as she launches a book promo and giveaway for her new release, A Valentine Challenge.
Hi everyone! Today I want to introduce you to my newly released contemporary romance novella A Valentine Challenge. It’s set in Enugu, a city in Nigeria, which is where I grew up before coming to live in the UK. Enugu is a major city, the capital of Iboland, a major cultural group of people. It is named for its topography and translates to ‘Hilltop’ in English. Residents fondly refer to it as the Coal city because of it coal mines.
